Whilst we can offer these professional and technical product directly to you on our dedicated on demand website, we trust that you have the technical knowledge, professional training and experience to use your purchased item. We Kazem will not accept liability for any damages caused should you not be familiar with the application of the product.

We welcome hair salon owners, hairdressers and barbers to order online and benefit from our range of special prices, bulk offers and technical range.  We have full transparency on our prices and  we do not discriminate base on price as we believe all our clients are hair salon traders. we do conduct random searches and should we believe you are not a trader or a professional use we may cancel your order.

Shipment & Delivery:

Free delivery on all orders above £ 75 excluding large furniture items. For smaller orders that don’t reach the threshold there is a P&P of £4.99 shipment charge.

Delivery speed depends on the size of your parcel and can take between 1 - 3 days from the confirmation of dispatch. After purchasing your order we will process your order and send you a shipment confirmation including your track details. Following that you will receive your invoice email to complete the process.

Heavy Furniture are charged at £ 14.99 per item to ensure a fast delivery and reliable service.

Furniture orders can only be shipped to mainland UK and due to their size we are unable to deliver goods to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe in this instance. Please contact us prior to purchase to assess feasibility and special shipment cost.

We use trusted couriers i.e. UKMAIL ( NEXT DAY)  DHL (International)  and Royal Mail ( flat items)  for the delivery of our parcels. The courier used depends on the weight and the size of your order.

All prices advertised on our site all VAT included. This means an amount of 20% VAT is charged in each transaction which is the HMRC’s tax portion on all business products.

Buy registering on our website you can save your profile and shipping details. This will speed up the process of re-ordering and brings extra account holders benefits, including exclusive account holder’s special offers and early promotional notification. 

Our salon chain clients, retailers and export customers are most welcome to use the registration process to benefit from additional account facility.

Payment :

We do not save any credit card or debit card details on our server and all your card details are processed by HSBC bank only. Your card details are truly safe and protected during the  order process.

We use 3D secure service to better protect your details and deter fraudulent payments. Non 3D secure users may require to register with their bank when placing the order. This is often a small step after you input your card details in the order form.

we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders and payments suspected of fraud or highly risky and we may share your information with police and fraud office. You must have full card holder’s consent and permission to use their card on our site.
